Monica is responsible for organizing and overseeing the daily operation of the nursing department. Ensuring the nursing department is following the current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, in addition to monitoring the quality of care provided to the residents.
Before joining Frasier in 2015, Monica served as a registered nurse at Balfour Retirement Community for ten years.
She earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in nursing from The Community College of Denver and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management and Administration from Colorado State University, in addition to a certificate in Policies and Procedures.
