Stephanie Lynn

Stephanie is responsible for the engagement, laughter, and fun for all Frasier residents through Community Life.

Before joining Frasier in 2021, Stephanie was the Independent Living Life Enrichment Director at Village at Belmar and the Life Enrichment Manager at Balfour at Riverfront Park. Having worked in senior living since 2009, Stephanie has worked in almost every department! Resident engagement is her passion, and she loves bringing joy to residents and helping them to find purpose in their twilight years. Stephanie has traveled many places with residents, including to the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta in New Mexico and to the Palisade Peach Festival on the Western Slope.

Stephanie attended Mesa State College in Grand Junction. She performed in community theatre there for 10 years, appearing in 44 shows! Now ”retired” from the stage, Stephanie channels that energy into her job here at Frasier.
