Tim Johnson

Tim brings over 35 years and a wealth of leadership experience developing and managing senior living communities, with a focus on nonprofit organizations, to lead Frasier in expanding its presence in senior living and the greater community at large.

Prior to assuming his role as President and CEO of Frasier in 2010, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Covenant Retirement Communities (CRC) in Chicago, IL; Vice President of Operations for Presbyterian Homes; and Vice President of Lake Forest Place in Lake Forest, IL.

He provides leadership to diverse civic and aging-related groups. He is a past President of both the Life Services Network of Illinois (LeadingAge state affiliate) and the Presbyterian Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. He is a member of and has served on several committees for LeadingAge (a national trade association). Tim is also a member of Novare, a national consortium of select single-site or small-system, nonprofit Life Plan Community providers.

Tim earned a Master of Science degree with a concentration in studies in aging from the University of North Texas, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from North Park University.
