Alper Deli is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as an Italian Brands Brand Ambassador & Activator at CONCEPTS SA and as a Brand Ambassador for Fratelli Branca Distillerie since March 2017. Prior roles include Head Bartender at 7 Jokers from February 2015 to February 2023, Assistant Bar Manager at Noel from April 2015 to December 2015, and various bartending positions at notable establishments such as Hytra Restaurant & Bar and Fuga Bar Restaurant. Alper began a bartending career at Notos Jazz Bar in 2005. Education includes a tenure at the University of Patras in the Department of Medicine and certification as a Search & Rescue Specialist from the Hellenic Red Cross.
