Rohit Ramakrishnan

Rohit Ramakrishnan is an experienced Embedded Software Developer currently working at Frauscher Sensor Technology since August 2021. Previously, Rohit served as a Student Research Assistant at Universität Passau, where the development, implementation, and testing of the FlexRay network protocol using Freescale S12X microcontroller took place. Prior to that, Rohit was a Working Student at VoltStorage GmbH, contributing to the development of control electronics for Vanadium redox flow batteries. Rohit also held the position of Senior Engineer at L&T Electrical & Automation, gaining extensive experience in hardware architecture design and DSP firmware development, alongside several responsibilities including COTS device selection and PCB design. Rohit began the career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at L&T Electrical & Automation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mobile and Embedded Systems from Universität Passau and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering and the University of Mumbai.
