Ali Filipovic

Ali Filipovic's work experience begins in 2013 as an Overnight Camp Counselor at JCC Camp Chi. In 2014, they worked as a Shift Manager at Mingle Juice Bar until the end of 2015. In 2016, Ali worked as a Consultant at Oxfam, conducting GIS analysis and creating reports. They also worked as a Research Assistant at Clark University, where they developed crop yield prediction models and served as a Teaching Assistant. In 2017, Ali worked as a GIS Intern at Tighe & Bond and as a Production Coordinator Intern at DigitalGlobe. In 2018, they were a Consultant at the Wildlife Conservation Society and a GIS Intern at LandVest. They then worked as a Geospatial Consultant at 1st Equity Bank Northwest. Most recently, Ali has been working at Fraym as an Associate Spatial Data Scientist and was subsequently promoted to the role of Data Scientist.

From 2009 to 2013, Ali attended Glenbrook North High School, where they studied in The Glenbrook Academy of International Studies program. Ali did not receive a specific degree during this time.

From 2013 to 2017, Ali pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography at Clark University.

In 2017, they furthered their education at Clark University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Geographic Information Science in the following year, 2018.
