Isaiah Ianniello

Isaiah Ianniello has a wide range of work experience. Isaiah began their career in 2007 as a Server at The Manor House, and then as a Manager/Team Leader at Chick-fil-A. In 2010, they joined Vector Solutions as a Quality Assurance Specialist, Release Manager, and Media Production Specialist. Isaiah's roles included setting business-wide quality standards and processes, developing and implementing creative solutions to workflow and process inefficiencies, and creating, maintaining, and updating training courses. In 2019, they moved to iTSpeeX as a Quality Assurance Team Lead, where they championed the transition to Scrum Framework, was responsible for frequent delivery of stable increments of the product portfolio, and reworked JIRA workflows and issue types to improve development processes and support use of a product roadmap. Currently, they are a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at FRAYT.

Isaiah Ianniello obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Electronic Media from the University of Cincinnati between 2008 and 2012. In November 2022, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master\u2122 I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. In September 2022, they obtained a Professional Scrum Product Owner\u2122 I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org.
