Located in metro Atlanta, the Frazer Center fosters inclusive communities where children and adults, with and without disabilities, gather, learn, and flourish.  Since 1949, the Frazer Center has provided exceptional services to infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and adults with developmental disabilities such as cerebral palsy, spina bifida, down syndrome, sickle cell anemia, autism spectrum disorders, and other genetic disorders.

The Frazer Center offers two programs: an inclusive, nature-based early childhood education; and individualized supports for adults with disabilities. Our NAEYC accredited Children't Program welcomes all children, regardless of ability, to experience the benefits of inclusion-based learning. We enroll children from infants through Pre-K in our day-long Child Development Program. 

Our Adult Services is CARF-accredited and supports individuals with disabilities ages 22-70+, as well as their families. Frazer provides person-centered daily opportunities for education, supported employment, volunteerism, community involvement, and recreation.  

The Frazer Center also manages the 39-acre campus which includes the old-growth Frazer Forest, and the beautiful, historic Cator Woolford Gardens. The Gardens may be rented for weddings and special events, and all revenue from rentals supports the Frazer Center, a non-profit organization.

The Leadership Team at the Frazer Center oversees the strategic direction and operations of the organization, ensuring that it fulfills its mission of fostering inclusive communities and providing exceptional services to individuals with and without disabilities. This team collaborates to manage and enhance programming, secure financial stability, oversee facilities and security, and maintain both internal and external communications. They also ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and drive community engagement and support through events and partnerships.

Leadership Team

The Adult Services team at the Frazer Center provides person-centered support for adults with developmental disabilities, aged 22 to 70+. Comprising roles such as Developmental Disabilities Professionals, Program Coordinators, Community Inclusion Specialists, and Employment Specialists, the team delivers daily opportunities for education, supported employment, volunteerism, community engagement, and recreational activities. They focus on fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life for their participants by facilitating inclusive and meaningful community involvement.

Adult Services

The Facilities Management Team at the Frazer Center is responsible for the upkeep, safety, and efficient operation of the 39-acre campus, including the historic Cator Woolford Gardens and Frazer Forest. This team ensures that the facilities are well-maintained and secure, supports event setups and logistics, and handles any on-site issues to create a functional and welcoming environment for all programs and visitors.

Facilities Management Team

The Child Development Program Team at Frazer Center is responsible for providing inclusive, nature-based early childhood education for children from infants through Pre-K. The team, comprised of an Admission & Early Intervention Coordinator, Inclusion Coach, and Director, ensures each child receives individualized support that fosters growth and learning in an integrated environment. They also coordinate admissions, implement early intervention strategies, and promote inclusion among children of all abilities.

Child Development Program Team

The Marketing and Communications Team at the Frazer Center is responsible for promoting the organization's mission and programs, enhancing its public image, and engaging with the community. This team develops and implements marketing strategies, manages social media and online presence, coordinates public relations efforts, and produces content to raise awareness and support for the inclusive services provided to children and adults with disabilities. Their work ensures that the Frazer Center’s message reaches a wide audience, facilitating community involvement and funding opportunities.
