Clay Huffman

Clay Huffman is a member of the Assurance & Advisory Services Practice of Frazier & Deeter. Before joining FD in 2012, Clay spent five years in the Audit Practice for one of the Big Four accounting firms, where he served large public companies and private companies in the middle market.

Clay has worked with a variety of institutions, assisting clients with the development of policies and procedures and internal controls over financial reporting, as well as performing financial statement audits, reviews and other attestation engagements. He works mainly with middle market companies in the private sector, focusing on manufacturing and distribution, construction, professional services, technology, aviation and private equity.

Clay works very closely with FD’s audit methodology to ensure the quality and consistency of procedures throughout the assurance practice. He is a leader in the firm’s Construction Industry Group and a member of the firm’s Manufacturing & Distribution Industry Group and Private Equity Services Group.
