Jason D. Weiszhaar

Jason Weiszhaar is a Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Assurance & Advisory Practice. Jason’s experience includes private and public company financial audits and reporting, Sarbanes Oxley internal controls audits, compilations and reviews. He is a strong leader of engagement staff in the field and provides effective front-line communication with clients. 

Jason’s industry expertise encompasses manufacturing & distribution, construction, professional services and employee benefit plans. He has over 10 years of experience in accounting and joined the firm as part of the 2015 merger with Kingery and Crouse, P.A. Prior to this, he served as the Controller for a private environmental construction management company. There, he was responsible for the management of the accounting department, proper recording of financial activity, budgeting and creation of internal and external financial reporting. 

Jason also served six years of active duty in the United States Air Force as a Contracting Specialist; he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant prior to separation. Jason’s duty stations included Keesler AFB, MS, Tyndall AFB, FL, MacDill AFB, FL and Balad AB, Iraq.
