Monique Quindsland has nearly 20 years of experience performing audit, tax and consulting services across a wide range of industries, including entertainment, real estate, hospitality and not-for-profit, Frazier & Deeter Audit Partner Monique Quindsland tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of every client. She notably brings her expertise to the film industry, helping entertainment companies navigate tax credits and incentives nationwide. Through consulting and monitoring emerging legislation that affects the industry from Georgia to California, she serves as a thought leader for FD’s Entertainment Practice.

As a member of the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Practice and active in the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) Services Practice, Monique is instrumental to the development of the firm’s audit methodology, internal review processes and staff training. In the EBP arena, she leads audits of defined contribution, defined benefit, ESOP, 403(b), health, welfare, and qualified and nonqualified plans. Supported by a solid understanding of ERISA, DOL and IRS requirements and compliance, she is especially skilled in the correction of plan defects, reporting and disclosure in all areas of EBPs. This experience is complemented by her knowledge of compensation issues and annual 11-K filings with the SEC.

Well-versed in the diverse needs of investors and other stakeholders, Monique brings a full scope of proficiency to all facets of the real estate industry, from capital sourcing to development to management. Her clients in this space include office, warehouse, retail, hotel, golf resort, residential, multifamily and mixed-use properties. Her knowledge extends to the hospitality and not-for-profit industries, where she offers clients extensive experience working with a variety of hotels, community organizations, private schools, conference centers and more.
