Rebecca Townsend

As a Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax Practice, Rebecca Townsend is responsible for tax planning, compliance, strategy and provisions for C-Corporations. Contributing 20 years of public accounting experience, Rebecca works with clients from various industries, including pharmaceuticals, publishing, media, agriculture, technology, healthcare, professional services, food & beverage, private equity and real estate. 

Before joining FD, Rebecca worked as a Tax Manager at Sage CPA, specializing in passthrough entities, individual tax returns and C-Corp tax provisions. She has held tax management positions in various firms, such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, BDO USA, Dixon Hughes Goodman, CliftonLarsonAllen and Attaway Linville PC. Additionally, Rebecca worked as a State & Local Tax Manager for UPS for four years and as a Controller at Staffquest for five years.
