Susan Koschewa

Susan Koschewa is a Principal in Frazier & Deeter’s Assurance and Advisory practice. Her main responsibilities include fulfilling assurance needs and assisting with conducting audits, compilations and reviews. She is a member of the Real Estate and Employee Benefit Plan Services groups.

Susan brings clients over 15 years of financial experience. She began her career with Arthur Andersen, where she worked as an Audit Senior, supervising and administering audits and consulting projects for public and private companies. Susan served as Controller for The Sullivan Group of Florida and Colliers Arnold for a combined total of 12 years. In these roles, she was responsible for all financial and accounting functions for the commercial real estate and property management divisions.

As a member of the Employee Benefits Services Group, Susan provides employee benefit plan audit and consulting services to publicly and privately-owned entities across the United States. The Employee Benefits Services Group includes dedicated employee benefit professionals who can assist in all areas from plan audits to actual design of comprehensive employee benefit packages. The group audits qualified defined contribution, defined benefit, and health and welfare plans, as well as having extensive experience auditing plans required to file an annual 11-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
