Jessica Jacobs

Jessica Jacobs has extensive experience in the legal field. Jessica is currently working as the Vice President of Legal, Center of Excellence at Frazier Healthcare Partners. Previously, they served as the Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel, M&A at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. Prior to that, Jessica worked as a Private Equity Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP from June 2015 to August 2021. Jessica also worked as a Corporate Associate at Brown Rudnick LLP from October 2013 to May 2015, and as a Summer Associate at the same company in 2012. Jessica gained valuable experience as a Judicial Intern at the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, First Department in 2011. Jessica started their professional career as a Paralegal at the Law Offices of Thomas M. Mullaney from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Program Director at Let's Get Ready in 2008 and as a Paralegal at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in 2007.

Jessica Jacobs attended Scarsdale Senior High School, where they completed their secondary education. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at Cornell University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in French. Jessica attended Cornell from 2005 to 2009. Following their undergraduate studies, Jessica went on to attend Fordham University School of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Jessica completed their legal education at Fordham from 2010 to 2013.
