Eric Draghi

Eric Draghi has work experience in two companies. From August 2016 onwards, they worked at Frazier Industrial Company as an ERP Analyst, responsible for managing the Epicor ERP system, updating and implementing data fixes, and creating custom dashboards for strategic decision making. Before that, they worked at World Wide Supply from June 2014 to August 2016, where they had roles as an IT Specialist, specifically as a CRM Administrator and a Database Administrator. As a CRM Administrator, they managed customer accounts, provided training and documentation on the CRM system, and ensured its smooth functioning. As a Database Administrator, they built queries, used SQL to merge data sources, and conducted troubleshooting for employee interactions with the company's databases.

Eric Draghi completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Centenary College from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Pennsylvania College of Technology from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Computer Aided Design.
