Romein HernandezMartinez has a diverse work experience across various industries. Romein started their career in 2002 serving in the United States Marine Corps as a Non Commissioned Officer until 2011. Following their military service, Romein worked at M-I SWACO as a Drilling Fluid Specialist II from 2010 to 2015. Romein then joined K2 Industrial Service - KM Industrial Service in 2015 as a Field Technician, where they worked on various projects including the euthanization, cleaning, and sanitation of poultry farms. In the same year, Romein also began working as a Project Coordinator at Frazier Industrial Company, where they currently hold a role.

Romein HernandezMartinez has a diverse education history in the field of occupational safety and health technology, financial management and accounting, and chemical engineering. They attended the Occupational Safety Councils of America (OSCA) starting in 2015, where they studied Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician. Prior to that, in 2011, they attended Martinsburg College for Financial Management and Accounting. In 2010, they also received a Drilling Fluid Specialist Certification from the MI Swaco Basic Mud School in the field of Chemical Engineering.
