Tinos Kountroubis

Tinos Kountroubis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tinos began their career as an Application Specialist with ABB in 1993 before moving on to NAURA Akrion Inc, formerly known as Akrion, where they held roles as a Regional Sales Manager and later as a Business Development Manager. At NAURA Akrion, Tinos was responsible for driving sales strategies across the Eastern US and Europe. In 2005, they joined ITW as a Business Development Manager and Sales Manager. Tinos then transitioned to Dematic in 2015, where they held the position of Snr. Director of North America Sales. At Dematic, they led sales and market strategies and played a key role in coordinating proposal strategy. Most recently, Tinos worked at KINEXON as the Vice President of Sales IoT North America. In this role, they led the US sales and commercial organization, overseeing the commercial front-end for the company. Currently, Tinos holds the position of Vice President of Sales at Frazier Industrial Company, starting in 2023.

Tinos Kountroubis earned a Bachelor of Elec. Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business Finance from Penn State University, studying there from 1986 to 1991. In 2001 to 2002, they pursued Executive Development at DeSales University, focusing on an MBA. In 2010, they completed ITW Corporate Training in Acquisition Strategy, specializing in Finance, General. Additionally, during the same year, they undertook an Executive Development program in Management at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. In 2019 to 2020, Tinos attended INSEAD for an Executive Leadership program in Business/Commerce, General.
