Thorsten Vammen

Thorsten Vammen is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Thorsten serves as the CEO and General Manager of FREA Solutions since August 2021, and as the Chairman of the Board and a Board Member at Skanderborg Bryghus since April 2019. Additional board memberships include FREA A/S and Kærhede Dambrug ApS, both initiated in April 2022. Prior to these roles, Thorsten was a consultant at Vammen Holding and the Chief Sales Officer at DSI Freezing Solutions A/S. Thorsten's extensive tenure at GEA Group from 2004 to 2019 included positions such as Vice President, Senior Director, and various director roles overseeing sales and engineering operations in multiple sectors. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Engineering College of Aarhus and participation in the GEA Academy.
