Kristel Warren-Arnado is a seasoned professional in product development with extensive experience in the beauty industry. Currently serving as a Product Development Consultant at KWA Studio since September 2022, Kristel specializes in formula innovation for color, skincare, and personal care, focusing on collaboration with founders and brand strategy for startups and indie beauty brands. Kristel also holds a role as a Product Development Consultant at Freck Beauty, where oversight of product development strategy and innovation is key. Previous positions include Senior Director of Product Development at Freck Beauty, Director of Product Development at HAUS LABORATORIES, and Product Development Manager at Hourglass Cosmetics, among others. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Merchandising & Marketing from the Academy of Art University, Kristel has built a comprehensive career, starting as a Makeup Artist at MAC Cosmetics and NARS Cosmetics.
