Heather Nicholson

Heather Nicholson is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social work and child development. Currently serving as a Care Coordinator at Fred Finch Youth & Family Services since October 2022, Heather previously worked with North Coast Calvary Chapel as a 2nd/3rd Grade Sunday Morning Coordinator, managing and training volunteers while overseeing classroom activities. Expertise includes facilitating individual and group therapy sessions at Community Research Foundation and conducting student sessions during an internship at San Marcos Unified School District. Heather's educational background includes a Master of Social Work from CSUSM Extended Learning and a Pupil Personnel Services Credential from San Jose State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Child & Adolescent Development.
