The Leadership Team at Fred Finch Youth Center is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overall vision of the organization. This team, composed of top executives including the President & CEO and Regional Vice Presidents, oversees financial management, operational efficiency, and program development to ensure the effective delivery of mental health and support services to young people and their families facing significant challenges. They work collaboratively to promote organizational growth and enhance community impact.
