Sharon Cini

Sharon Cini, MPA, currently serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Northwest Center since September 2022. Prior to this role, Sharon was the Business Owner at Bear Root Consulting LLC for a brief period in 2022. From July 2021 to May 2022, Sharon worked as the Senior Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Casey Family Programs, focusing on organizational capacity and DEI integration within learning programs. Sharon also managed diversity initiatives as the Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager for the City of Scottsdale from May 2014 to July 2021. Previous experience includes roles as an Employee Relations Specialist at Gila River Health Care, a Behavioral Health Professional at Arizona's Children Association, a Congressional Native American Intern at the Morris K. Udall Foundation, and an Outreach and Education Coordinator at Phoenix Children's Hospital. Sharon holds a Bachelor's of Science in American Indian Studies and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Arizona State University and University of Phoenix, respectively.
