Traci Drake

Traci Drake has extensive experience in philanthropy and development, currently serving as Associate Vice President at Fred Hutch since August 1994, where a career progression includes roles such as Chief Philanthropy Executive and Deputy Director of Development. In addition to this long tenure, Traci has maintained a position as Sole Proprietor at Drake Consulting Services since 1995. Previous roles include Development Manager at Crisis Clinic and Fundraising Manager/Volunteer Coordinator at Women's Funding Alliance. Traci began the professional journey as YWCA of WSU Office Manager/Volunteer Coordinator while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Washington State University.
