Raul Hinostroza

Raul Hinostroza is an experienced web developer with a background in both freelance work and established organizations. Since June 2019, Raul has been employed at Fred Loya Insurance Agency in the role of Web Developer and IT specialist. Prior to this, Raul worked as a freelance web developer starting in January 2017, collaborating with clients to create customized websites. From December 2017 to December 2018, Raul contributed to CAHSI by building backend infrastructure to support user accounts and profiles using PHP and MySQL. Earlier experience includes a position as a web developer at The University of Texas at El Paso from July 2015 to December 2017. Raul holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at El Paso, earned in 2018.
