Massimo Caporaso is a seasoned professional in project management and engineering with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Project Development Manager at Fred. Olsen Renewables since January 2022, Caporaso previously held the position of Project Manager - Advisor at IMDC from January 2019 to December 2021. Prior roles include Subsea Cable Engineer at Elettra Tlc S.p.A. and various engineering positions at Saipem, spanning from Design/Analysis Lead Engineer to Pipelay Analysis Engineer from April 2009 to October 2017. Caporaso holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna (2008-2010) and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Università degli Studi del Sannio-Benevento (2005-2008).
