Ludmila Mondino

Ludmila Mondino is an experienced professional in the offshore wind and maritime sectors, currently serving as Contract Manager and Commercial Manager at Fred. Olsen Windcarrier since December 2020. Responsibilities include contract negotiations, client key account management for global offshore wind projects, and oversight of WTG transport and installation services. Prior to this role, Ludmila was Business Development Manager at Fred. Olsen Ocean, focusing on emerging market infrastructure and stakeholder management. Experience also includes a position as Business Development Manager at Keppel FELS Ltd, specializing in offshore renewable energy market analysis and business development in key regions. Ludmila co-founded Mondino Carriers, providing shipping services, and holds a Master of Science in Maritime Management from the University of South-Eastern Norway.
