Rune Tronsgaard has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as Master and OIM at Fred. Olsen Windcarrier since January 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing operations on the first Windcarrier delivery, "Brave Tern," launched in October 2012. Prior to this role, Tronsgaard held the position of Master at GC Rieber Shipping AS from October 2001 to December 2011, with experience managing vessels such as Polar Prince, Polar Queen, and Volstad Surveyor. Tronsgaard holds a degree in Marine Engineering and Nautical Science from Ålesund University College, completed between 1991 and 1994.
