Alice (Thuiliere) Lafitte

Alice (Thuiliere) Lafitte has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alice currently works as an E-Commerce Manager EMEA at FRED Jewelry, starting in September 2021. Previously, they worked at Parfums Christian Dior from July 2017 to September 2021, where they held the roles of International E-commerce Project Manager and Product Owner. In these roles, they focused on optimizing the customer experience and conversion rates, as well as defining consumer journeys and digital activations for product launches. Before that, Alice worked at L'Oréal as a Digital Communications Project Manager and an E-business Project Manager Assistant, where they were responsible for creating digital assets and improving e-commerce platforms. Alice also gained experience in Digital Marketing as a CRM Intern at CHANEL and as a CRM Project Manager Assistant at Publicis Groupe.
