Elsa Jing Yueh C. has a solid work experience in the luxury watch industry. Elsa Jing Yueh started their career in 2012 as a Conseillère de vente en horlogerie at Hour Passion, where they worked until December 2014. Elsa Jing Yueh then joined the Longines Watch Co. Francillon Ltd. in January 2015 as a Première Vendeuse, and later moved on to become Responsable adjointe from May 2017 to May 2018. Currently, Elsa is working as a Brand Ambassador at FRED Paris since January 2019.

Elsa Jing Yueh C. began their education in 2000 at Tamkang University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature in 2004. Elsa Jing Yueh then pursued further studies at Vatel France from 2004 to 2006, earning a Master's degree in Hotel and Tourism Management. In 2021, they attended Haute Ecole de Joaillerie- Laboratoire Française de Gemmeologie and completed a training program, receiving a Certificate in Rough Diamond Education.
