Quentin Obadia has a significant and diverse work experience in the luxury and retail industry. Quentin started their career at Boucheron as a Jewelry, Time Pieces, and License Design Manager in 2005. At Boucheron, they focused on renewing collections, creating new offerings, and driving innovation through partnerships with notable brands and designers. In 2011, they joined Lalique as a Creative Director for Jewelry and Fashion Jewelry. During their time at Lalique, they worked on repositioning the brand in fine jewelry, legitimizing Lalique as a jeweler on par with Place Vendôme players, and expanding the fashion jewelry division. In 2016, Obadia moved to CINQ, where they served as a Design Director and Creative Strategy Consultant. Quentin worked with notable brands such as Chanel Joaillerie, Louis Vuitton Joaillerie, Louis Vuitton Haute-Joaillerie, Gemmyo, and MB&F. In 2019, they co-founded Héroïne Retail Experience, where they assumed the role of Strategic and Creative Director. At Héroïne, Obadia focused on creating engaging and memorable retail experiences tailored to the strategies of various brands in different markets. Finally, they joined FRED Paris in December 2019 as the Design Deputy Director.

Quentin Obadia completed their MAN arts appliqués degree from Olivier de serre in 2001, after which they pursued a Designer industriel degree from Strate Collège designers from 2001 to 2005.
