Phil Koutsis has a diverse and extensive work experience in the creative industry. Phil is currently serving as the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at FG|PG and ShowReady, where they lead and executes the creation of emotion-driven, human-to-human experiences. Prior to this, Phil worked as a freelance Executive Creative Director and Strategic Creative Consultant, collaborating with agencies and in-house client teams to develop integrated platforms, content, and pitches. Phil also held the position of Executive Creative Director at We're Magnetic, where they played a key role in shaping the agency's global creative vision and managing major client projects. Phil has also worked as the SVP, Group Creative Director at Momentum Worldwide, where they led the transformation of the agency and managed creative for American Express. Phil has also founded their own agency, Humungous Advertising Inc., and served in various executive roles at TracyLocke, Geometry Global, Hill Holliday NY, and InventorSpot.com. Throughout their career, Phil has demonstrated expertise in leadership, strategic thinking, and delivering innovative creative solutions.
Phil Koutsis has a BA degree in Communications & Advertising from the University of Hartford. Phil also studied Engineering & Economics at Clarkson University.
