Andrew Moras

Andrew Moras has extensive experience in the financial services industry, particularly in multifamily underwriting, having held multiple positions at Freddie Mac from September 2021 to present, including Multifamily Underwriting Senior Associate and Senior Analyst. Prior experience at Fannie Mae from August 2018 to September 2021 encompassed roles in Credit Risk and Enterprise Risk Management. Earlier work history includes various positions in customer service and support roles, such as a waiter and delivery personnel, as well as an Accounting Operations Intern at Fannie Mae, where the focus was on securities accounting. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech, completed in 2018, and completed high school at Ridgewood High School in 2014.
