Ashley Santiago

Ashley Santiago, MBA, MPIA, serves as the Chief of Staff to the Senior Vice President of Digital Experience at Freddie Mac, where previous roles included Senior Director of Shared Services Tech in Single Family Acquisitions and Senior Director of Data Driven Decisions in Single Family Data & Decisions. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Pace Harmon and as a Consultant at Accenture. Currently pursuing an MBA at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School with a focus on Investments and Public/Private Sector Leadership, Ashley also holds an MPIA in Global Political Economy from the University of Pittsburgh.
