Blair Sirman

Blair Sirman is a seasoned professional in product management and program direction with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Senior Director and Product Owner at Freddie Mac since August 2023, Blair previously held multiple senior vice president roles at Citizens Bank, including Program Director and Digital Mortgage Manager. Prior to that, Blair worked at Capital One, progressing from Senior Manager of Digital Product Management to Manager of Process Management. Blair's career began at ING DIRECT, where responsibilities included Operations Project and Reporting Lead and Business Analyst II. The professional journey also includes earlier positions at Allied Waste and a solid educational foundation from the University of Delaware, graduating in 2001.
