Chris Pham

Chris Pham has extensive experience in payroll management and HR information systems, currently serving as Workforce Tech Lead (HRIS) at Freddie Mac since September 2016, overseeing the design, development, and support of various Workday functionalities. Prior to this role, Chris held positions such as International Payroll Manager for Volkswagen Group of America and Global Payroll Manager at NeuStar, Inc. Chris's career began in 1989 at Inova Health System, progressing through roles that included Payroll Supervisor and Payroll Assistant, demonstrating a solid foundation in payroll processing and team management. Chris received education from Wakefield High School and is an alumnus of George Mason University.
