Doreen Kadi

Doreen Kadi is a seasoned professional in operational risk management, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Risk & Controls at Freddie Mac since November 2010. Doreen's roles have included Manager for the CRO Chief of Staff team and Chief of Staff to AMO DRO, focusing on operational risk assessments, compliance with ERM/SOX regulations, and issue management. Previous experience includes leading the Purchase Team, where collaboration with Seller/Servicers and internal partners ensured effective multifamily loan documentation and timely purchasing decisions. Prior to Freddie Mac, Doreen held the position of Paralegal Supervisor at Harmon Law Offices, P.C., overseeing statutory compliance and managing a team responsible for the foreclosure process. Doreen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Ghana.
