Kelly Steele is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and business management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Director at Freddie Mac since July 2020, Kelly previously held significant roles at Freddie Mac, including Vice President of Customer Care, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing customer experience and transforming business processes.
