Mamadou Ngom

Mamadou Ngom currently serves as a Network Operations Engineer at Freddie Mac since March 2019 and has been a Field Service Engineer at 22nd Century Technologies Inc. since November 2017, focusing on the installation and configuration of computer systems and peripherals. Previously, Mamadou worked as a Cloud Operations Engineer at Alarm.com for a brief period in early 2019 and as a Field Engineer at Evolver from August 2015 to October 2017, where responsibilities included deploying and installing various computer equipment. Early career experience includes an Operations Support Internship at Fannie Mae, assisting in a migration project and streamlining document storage, as well as a customer service role at Whole Foods Market. Mamadou holds an Associate’s Degree in Cyber Security from Northern Virginia Community College and has completed additional training through Year Up. Educational background includes a High School Diploma from Albert Einstein High School.
