Sarah Wagoner

Sarah Wagoner is an experienced communications professional specializing in HR strategic communications and public relations. Currently serving as the Lead for HR Strategic Communications at Freddie Mac since December 2019, Sarah has previously held roles such as Government Affairs Specialist at Allegheny Science & Technology, where expertise was demonstrated in promoting the U.S. Department of Energy's initiatives and organizing high-profile events. Other notable positions include Associate Account Supervisor at The Hannon Group supporting the U.S. Department of Energy, and Senior Specialist in PR & Marketing at Children's National Hospital, where Sarah led rebranding efforts and managed significant marketing campaigns. Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from James Madison University and a marketing certificate from Georgetown University.
