Sean Murphy is an experienced professional in the appraisal and risk analytics field, currently serving as the Credit Policy Risk Analytics Manager at Freddie Mac since November 2012. In this role, Sean manages a team focused on updating appraisal reports and the Uniform Appraisal Dataset to align with industry changes and digitization efforts. Previous positions at Freddie Mac include Valuation Senior, where Sean was a key subject matter expert in appraisal report redesign, and Senior Risk Analyst, directing the development of a condo database for project-level analysis.
