Steven Lynch

Steven Lynch is an experienced professional with a background in process improvement and program management. Currently serving as Director at Freddie Mac since November 2005, Steven leads the Six Sigma deployment in the Technology Services Division, guiding senior management in identifying improvement opportunities and mentoring on methodologies. Prior to this role, Steven was a Senior Program Manager at Intel Corporation from July 2000 to November 2005, where development and management of a Six Sigma deployment program took place. Earlier experience includes serving as AVP/Procurement Manager at First USA and as a Logistics Management Specialist at the Naval Sea Logistics Center. Steven holds an MBA in Operations from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland.
