Amanda Lovelace

Amanda Lovelace is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and securities law, as well as business transactions. Currently a Member at Frederic Dorwart, Lawyers since January 2012, Amanda has previously served as an Attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati and Robinson & Cole LLP, where focus areas included corporate securities and commercial real estate, respectively. Amanda began a career in investment banking as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley from 2000 to 2003. Academically, Amanda holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in International Relations from Wellesley College.
