Joseph Rafter

Joseph Rafter is currently working as an Instructional and Technical Designer at Frederick Community College. Prior to this, Joseph served as a Technology Integration Specialist and American Literature Teacher at St. Maria Goretti High School. Joseph's teaching experience includes roles as an English Teacher at both Washington County Public School System and Frederick County Public Schools. Joseph is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership at Frostburg State University, and holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction: Educational Technology from the same institution. Joseph also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Secondary Education from Wilson College.
