Betsey Brannen

Betsey Brannen has extensive experience in library services, currently serving as the Assistant Branch Administrator at Frederick County Public Libraries since June 2016, where previous roles included Children's Services Supervisor and Children's Library Specialist. Prior to this, Betsey worked at Robert F. Sink Memorial Library as a Circulation staff member and at John L. Throckmorton Library in Marketing and Outreach for Youth Services. Betsey holds a Master of Library & Information Science with a focus on Youth Services from Kent State University, a Master of Arts in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The George Washington University. Education was completed with a high school diploma from Walkersville High School.
