Kelly Cambrel

Kelly Cambrel, M.S., APIO, currently serves as the Communications Manager for Frederick County Public Libraries, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Kelly was a Public Affairs Specialist for Frederick County Government in Maryland and has held various roles in digital media and marketing across multiple organizations, including KRIETZ AUTO REPAIR INC and Vandalia Energy Services. An extensive background in journalism includes positions at Ogden Newspapers Inc, where tasks included writing, editing, and reporting on a range of topics from local government to feature stories. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Political Science and Government, Journalism from Shepherd University.
