Mike Dardaris currently serves as the Principal of Orchard View Elementary School, which has been operational since 2000 in the Shenandoah Valley. Previously, Mike held several leadership positions, including Head of Business Development at Stride, Inc., and Tallo, as well as Senior Director of Career Readiness Education at K12 from February 2019 to June 2024. Mike's earlier experience includes Chief Learning Officer at P-Tech Early College High School, where a unique college-going culture was fostered, and Principal at Marcellus Central School District, overseeing a Middle States Accredited Middle School. Mike also developed middle school programs as Assistant Principal at Jamesville-DeWitt Middle School and directed instrumental music at Fabius-Pompey. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Crane School of Music, a Master’s degree in Education from Le Moyne College, and a C.A.S. in Educational Administration and Supervision from the State University of New York Cortland.
