Hsp Leshia Chandler

Leshia Chandler, MS HSP is currently serving as Deputy Director and Local Care Team Coordinator in the Human Services DEIB Division at Frederick County Government. In addition, Leshia is also an Adjunct Faculty at Mount St. Mary's University and holds various roles at Frederick County Department of Social Services, Andrea's House Transitional Living, Frederick County Foster & Adoptive Parents Association, and Mental Health Association of Frederick County. With a background in childcare management and community services, Leshia brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their roles. Leshia holds a Master's degree in Human and Social Services from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
