Erin Crum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in accounting, human resources, and admissions management. Currently serving as the Accounting & Human Resources Manager at Frederick Foot & Ankle since November 2019, Erin previously held several key roles at Mount St. Mary's University, including Associate Director of Admissions, where recruitment efforts were successfully led for the Division of Graduate, Continuing, and Professional Studies. Experience also includes significant positions in admissions, serving as the primary contact for student recruitment in Maryland and Virginia and processing applications for over 1,400 candidates. Earlier career experiences include roles at The UPS Store, Whitmore Farm, Hood College, and American University’s Office of Sustainability. Erin holds a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies from American University and an M.B.A. from Mount St. Mary's University, further enhancing a strong educational background.
