Prior to The Frederick News-Post, Joshua R. Smith worked as a sports reporter at Times Media Group/Carroll County Times, covering a variety of sports. Joshua R. Smith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Towson University, earned in 2000.
