Kelley O'Neill

Kelley O'Neill has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Teacher at Fredericksburg City Schools since August 2018. Prior to this position, Kelley worked as a long-term Substitute Teacher at Fredericksburg City Schools and held a part-time role as an Adult English Language Teacher at Spotsylvania Career & Technical Center, where English was taught to beginner adults. Kelley's international teaching experience includes four years in China with primary and secondary students and three semesters in Lebanon with Syrian refugee students. Earlier roles include a Caretaker for an individual with special needs, a Teacher Assistant in special education, and various positions in educational support and administration. Kelley holds a Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Biola University and a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from the University of Valley Forge.
